North Utility District of Rhea County (NUDRC) is pleased to partner with HomeServe® and ServLine® to help our customers carry the burden of high utility bills due to water leaks. Water leaks and line repairs can become a heavy burden to homeowners with costs that can exceed a thousand dollars.
Your ServLine® program offers water loss protection and is automatically included on your monthly bill.
Water Loss Protection - Leak Adjustment Program Details
• Eligibility: Residential and Commercial customers
• Qualifier: 2× the customer’s average monthly bill
• Adjustment Limit: One adjustment every 12 months (covers up to two billing cycles)
• Maximum Adjustment: Up to $2,500
